Site Manager
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Range: Grade: 13 point 7-11
Hourly Rate: £10.59 – £11.47
40 hours per week – All year round
4 weeks paid holiday per year to be taken in school holiday times + Bank Holidays
We are looking to recruit a permanent Site Manager. Previous experience of working in a school would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will be flexible in their approach, self-motivated, energetic and keen to work as part of a team.
The primary role will be:
Providing a clean, safe and secure environment for pupils and staff
Ensuring that the management and maintenance of the school buildings are effectively undertaken
Undertaking repairs and DIY where necessary
Undertake supervising of cleaning on a daily basis
Keeping the school secure (opening and closing of the school site each day)
Oversee building/maintenance projects
