One of the best ways to get to know St Paul's is to visit. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 restrictions we are unable to host visits to the school at this current time. We are however delighted to be able to share with you a virtual tour. Click on a picture below to go on a virtual tour. Click around the classes and corridors to tour around the school, enjoy!
To help prepare your child for to school in September, we have made some videos of what the classrooms now look like. We have also made videos showing you the entry/exit points and drop off/collection points.
You can see from the videos that we have gone for making the spaces big and open and in the classrooms children facing the front, so that they are not facing each other in groups. The plan for ALL children in school is to be learning, playing and exercising outside as much as possible and not sitting at desks all day.
Our curriculum for the first few weeks will be focused on rebuilding relationships, developing confidence and concentration, encouraging mental health and well-being. From this good foundation, we will then move on to academic learning.
In September all children will return to school and our recovery curriculum approach at St Paul’s will be vital in supporting each child’s well-being as they begin their re-engagement with learning at school. The curriculum will remain broad and ambitious, covering all subjects and creating time to cover any missed content.
